Pastor Doug was born and raised in Kenton Ohio and a 1983 graduate of Kenton High School. Following high school, he attended Asbury University and Asbury Theological seminary. Pastor Doug has served churches in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church and has served Aberdeen, Sardinia-Browntown-Ketterman Charge, New Madison, Christiansburg-Grafton Charge, Broovkville First, Raymond, Caldwell Memorial, The Plains, Walnut Grove (Hardin County), and the Continental-Christ Charge. Pastor Doug came to Hope in 2024.
